Return & Refund Policy
Currently due to hygiene reasons we have no return policy (for size and color) except on damage and defected goods.
Hence, we request you to please check the size chart properly before placing the order. However, if the product does not match the measurements mentioned in our size chart, then in that case, please take the chest and length measurements and send pics of the same to email@example.com
Colors used for illustrations on website could vary according to brightness of your screen and sometimes the color of the print may not be as bright as on your screen
If you have received damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and either replacement will be provided by us within 5 working days (or more as per current situation) or points equivalent to the amount will be credited in 2 working days once the product is received at our warehouse and verified by our customer support team.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and the same(upto 100) would be added to your loyalty points.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the proof of purchase I.e. receipt or order Id.

You can raise cancellation request for items or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing us an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email on email@example.com. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
